22nd April 2018 Rushmere Country Park, Bedfordshire


This beautiful woodland setting provides the opening venue for the brand new MSG Central XC Mountain Biking Racing Series and offers some exciting and challenging racing. The Mountain Bike course is 5km long and follows the contours of the natural greensand terrain. Designed to test the experienced rider, the course also suits those new to mountain bike racing.

Round 2

2nd June 2018 Black Park Country Park, Wexham


Black Park has been used as an outdoor location for many film and television productions and provides a mixed and coniferous woodland with a varied fauna. The site is bisected by numerous cycling trails that for the basis of the race course which is 5km in length. Although on largely flat terrain the course is provides fast racing and offers a number of challenging sections through the trees ideal for the hardened racer or for the novice.

Round 3

TBC August 2018 The National Bowl, Milton Keynes


The ‘Bowl’ is a regular venue for road, cyclocross and mountain bike racing (FNSS) but it’s MSG Central’s first visit here. The course is around 4.5k and provides a terrain ideal for fast racing. The course offers mixed surfaces including tarmac, gravel, grass and wooded areas with plenty of fast descents, short sharp climbs and a great deal of off-camber sections to challenge the hardened racer and encourage the novice.

2nd September 2018 Rushmere Country Park, Bedfordshire


Our second visit to this beautiful woodland setting provides the venue for the final race of the brand new MSG Central XC Mountain Biking Racing Series.  We’ve designed a new course that offers more exciting and challenging racing. Just over 5km in length the mountain biking course again follows the contours of the natural greensand terrain. Designed to test the experienced rider, the course also suits those new to mountain bike racing.
